Wi-Fi with FOSS -- Certification course ...

AU-KBC, jointly with NRCFOSS, announces a certification course in Wi-Fi using FOSS tools

The Communications Group of AU-KBC Research Centre, in association with NRCFOSS, has announced a certification course on Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology using FOSS components. The main objective of this course is to enlighten the students on the various aspects of an IEEE 802.11 WLAN, popularly known as WiFi.

To start with, a two week program is being conducted at AU-KBC Research Centre  during December 18th to 30th 2006. The program is open to third year/ final year B.E students of ECE, EEE, CSE and IT specializations and also Post graduate students in the related fields.
